The Business Need/Challenge
Paul Brown is Morris & Spottiswood’s financial controller. “We have used Microsoft Dynamics NAV for a number of years and wanted to bring the solution up to date so we could integrate with other Microsoft technologies like SharePoint. We also wanted to take advantage of the improved integration with Microsoft Office and the Role Tailored Client functionality that is now available”. The Solution
The new version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV included a Role Tailored Client interface which helps users focus on their tasks by tailoring the application experience to the needs of their role. With around 70 users, a phased release started with Procurement before working through the rest of the business.
